SINUS PENTA is Santerno's Italian-made high-performance drive for three-phase asynchronous and synchronous motors. The 4T class runs on 380–500 V AC (or 530–705 V DC) and covers 4.5–2100 kW; each model is rated for several overload classes (Light, Standard, Heavy, Strong). It offers V/f, vector and torque control, built-in Safe Torque Off, RS485 Modbus RTU and a built-in braking unit up to size S32, and is used on pumps, fans, compressors, hoists and process lines.

- Overload up to 200% for 2 min or 1 min (model-dependent); peak current up to 240% for 3 s
- Integrated Safe Torque Off (STO), SIL3 and EN ISO 13849-1 PL d
- Built-in RS485 with Modbus RTU; option boards for Profibus, Profinet, CANopen, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and others
- Operating temperature −10…55 °C without derating; conformal-coated boards; steel enclosure
- Built-in braking unit up to size S32; integrated EMC filters (A1, A2, B) depending on version
- Output frequency 0–599 Hz; CE, UL, EAC, RCM certifications
