Delta ME300 compact drives in several frame sizes

Delta ME300 is a series of very compact basic drives with V/f and sensorless vector control for induction and permanent-magnet motors from 0.1 to 7.5 kW. Typical uses are pumps, fans, conveyors and packaging, textile and woodworking machines. Every model has a brake chopper and Modbus RS-485; AF… versions have a built-in EMC filter and …S… versions have Safe Torque Off (STO).

Features

  • V/f and SVC control; for induction (IM) and permanent-magnet (IPM/SPM) motors; 2 motor parameter sets
  • Overload: HD 150% for 60 s (200% for 3 s), ND 120% for 60 s (150% for 3 s)
  • Built-in brake chopper in every model; common DC bus; DEB function for a controlled stop after a power loss
  • Built-in Modbus RS-485; pulse/PWM input up to 10 kHz as frequency reference
  • Pump functions: PID, sleep mode, leakage and dry-run detection, multi-pump control
  • Versions with built-in EMC filter (C2 for 230 V, C3 for 400 V) and with STO (SIL 2, PL d)
  • Output frequency up to 599 Hz; screwless spring control terminals; coated PCBs (IEC 60721-3-3, 3C2)
  • IP20; operating temperature −20…50 °C; UL, CE, RoHS, RCM, TÜV, REACH, KC approvals
