Delta CP2000 fan and pump drive

Delta CP2000 is a series of drives for fans, pumps and HVAC systems from 0.75 to 630 kW in the 460 V class, with a dual rating (light / normal duty). It has a built-in 10k-step PLC with real-time clock, BACnet MS/TP and Modbus, control of up to 8 pumps, fire mode and bypass. Frames A–C have a built-in brake chopper; frame D and above have a built-in DC choke.

Features

  • V/f (4-point and square curve), SVC and PM motor control; dual rating: light duty and normal duty
  • Overload: light duty 120% for 1 min; normal duty 120% for 1 min and 160% for 3 s
  • Built-in PLC with 10k program steps and real-time clock (RTC)
  • Built-in BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RS-485; optional PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, CANopen and BACnet IP cards
  • Pump and fan functions: PID with sleep/wake, flying start, control of up to 8 motors, fire mode and bypass
  • Removable KPC-CC01 LCD keypad; I/O extension cards; replaceable fans
  • Built-in brake chopper in frames A–C; built-in 3% DC choke from frame D; EMC filter optional (4E versions have it built in)
  • Reinforced PCB coating; operating temperature −10…50 °C; CE, UL/cUL, RCM, RoHS approvals
